Your Biggest Problem

Without a doubt and without knowing you personally, I can say this without apology: Your biggest problem is that not enough people know you are alive.

How can anybody choose to do business with you if they don’t know you exist? I’ll answer that. They can’t.

As soon as you internalize this fact, it is up to you to implement an ongoing program that will keep you in your prospect’s mind. And you can take this next sentence to the bank, while I am on the subject. When you are out of sight, you are out of mind. Therefore, and this bears repeating, it is up to you to stay visible without becoming obnoxious.

Phone calls, emails, letters, articles, postcards, meetings, web sites, brochures, pamphlets, courses, classes, cold calls are all among the options available to you.

I don’t care what strategy you adopt, and I don’t care how you do it. I do care that you do something everyday to remain visible, and at the ready once your prospect decides to give you a tumble.

Your biggest problem is an easy problem to overcome. Just do it. Do it some more. And continue doing it.

P.S. Don’t make this thing harder than it is. Just keep in touch with the people you want to do business with. Manage to have fun with it while knowing you are doing your prospects a favor by keeping in touch with them.
