Print and Email Marketing
Done correctly, opt-in email marketing is one of the most quick and successful avenues for building your brand and for tactically selling specific travel opportunities. We've provided several items you can customize and use right now to launch your Hawaii sales campaign with your existing, opt-in email list. (If you don't have an opt-in email list, you may need to ask your clients if you can email them; you can obtain permission formally using a "sign-up" form on your website or by verbally asking for permission.)
Click on the links below* to select an email to send to your clients, or you can print fliers to give to a client or post in a public location. Email each item to yourself first to test the system. Note that you can upload your logo and contact information for these materials using Travel Research Online ("TRO").
Sending materials to multiple clients - Using TRO, you can email the materials to only a few clients at a time. If you want to send out many of the flyers or postcards, the best method is to email one to yourself and then to forward or send it again through your own email system. This way, you'll receive any out of office messages and can easily manage your mailing list.
Note - No record is made of any email addresses. Your client lists are completely confidential.

When you email or print the Travel Specials, you can type in a short message to your clients. When you email or print one of the Generic ePostcards, you can type in a longer message. In both instances, your own logo and/or contact information will be inserted.

I wanted you to see this exclusive offer. We are working with a company who offers really amazing air and hotel values in Hawaii right now, and I thought of you. Let me know if this looks interesting, and then we can talk more about it. I'll also call you later this week to see what you think!
