What Are You Reading?

“More-On Marketing” is my latest project and the first in a series of business-development books is now ready for distribution to interested parties.

You have heard of the Dummies Books, and are probably familiar with The Idiot’s Guides. Enter my “More-On” Series.

Please notice that I said “More-On” and not “moron.”

Not too long ago I brought two cartons of books to Las Vegas, which sold out within the first three days. This was a very good sign. Not because my costs were covered and then some, but that both young and old entrepreneurs were “reading” again.

I was also glad to see that there are still a number of individuals who see the merits of investing a few bucks in themselves when they could have tossed it on the color red or number 35 on the roulette wheel. I was pleased to see this vote of confidence in themselves.

Today’s Message: One year from today, you will be the same person you are today except for the books you read and the people you meet. So go meet someone and go read something.

That being said, upon leaving Las Vegas I found myself being sucked into the Airport Bookstore and walking out with two new volumes myself. One book focused on “booking more clients” and the other involved “on-line marketing.” Apparently, I can’t seem to get my fill of these subjects, along with hundreds of others!

The books you read and the people you meet are the two things that will help lift you to the next level in your business. The good news is that there are millions of people yet to meet and thousands of books to read.
