Fun on the Home Based Travel Agent Forum Agenda

Plans for the Spring edition of the Home Based Travel Agent Forum are well underway, and in addition to great education and networking, agents will get to enjoy a whole lot of fun, too!

Taking place in Las Vegas (Entertainment Capital of the World), the Forum has a new home in the Paris Hotel & Casino and a new timeframe, March 20 – 23, 2016. March in Las Vegas not only offers a full range of special attractions and events, (ie March Madness, St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, and JLo’s Residency) coupled with the ongoing city-wide offerings such as world-class gaming, shows, concerts and more, but it also is the most desirable time to be in the desert, with average temperatures of about 70 degrees!

Now, back to the Forum! You’ll not only have time on your own, but here are some official additions being offered exclusively to the Forum’s attendees:

Evening Events

With three distinct evening events on the agenda, each night will be unique at the Forum.

On Sunday, March 20th, from 8:00 – 10:00 pm, CCRA, the Forum’s premier sponsor, will host the renowned VIP High Roller Event at The Linq. The hottest addition to the Las Vegas Strip, you’ll have the ride of your life with incredible views. Once you’re back on ground, you’ll enjoy a fantastic reception at the High Roller’s Wheelhouse, complete with fun, food, and drink. This can’t miss event will get you mixing with agents and key suppliers such as Barcelo Hotels & Resorts; Carey International; Caesar’s Entertainment; and Celebrity Cruises to name a few. Pre-registration is required, and space will fill up fast!

On Monday, March 21st, our hosts at the Paris Hotel & Casino will be treating delegates to A Night In Paris, a fun-filled reception complete with savory bites, drinks, and great networking opportunities, with the City of Lights as our backdrop.

Our closing event, set for Tuesday, March 22nd will be sponsored by the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority. Details are under wraps, but of course, What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas

Post-Event Familiarization Opportunities

One-size does not fit all, so when it comes to selling your Las Vegas bound clients, each trip is going to be a one of a kind. The Event Management team has secured three optional itineraries to choose from should you want to build onto your Forum trip (additional fees apply):

Downtown Las Vegas FAM Trip
Taking place immediately following the Forum on Wednesday, March 23 and runs through Friday, March 25th, this FAM will have you exploring old Las Vegas with some very new experiences. FAM highlights include a stay at either the D or Golden Gate Hotel on Fremont Street; a Dinner and Show “Marriage Can Be Murder”; a Zip Line Ride above Fremont Street; the overall Fremont Street Experience; choice of Downtown Walking Tour or Mob Museum; Site inspections at select properties; some meals and more.

Agent Lunch at the Las Vegas International Golf Course, Thursday, March 24 at Noon

If you have a strong base of golf clients, or looking to grow this niche, join LVN and Downtown DMC for a delicious lunch, where you’ll get to play a round of neon putt putt, learn the history of the oldest golf course in Las Vegas, and of course, learn how to earn by selling Las Vegas National to your clients. There will be prizes and giveaways, too, compliments of Golf Agents!

Luxury Las Vegas FAM Trip
Immediately following the Forum on Wednesday, March 23, and runs through Friday, March 25th, this FAM will have you loving the life of Luxury Las Vegas. Accommodations will be secured at one of Caesar’s properties (Nobu or Cromwell), and this FAM will include sites of properties such as: Bellagio, MGM Skylofts, Villas and Luxury Suites at Tropicana, and the Cosmopolitan. You’ll also enjoy the Jack of the Strip Helicopter Flight over the Strip; a Backstage Meet and Greet with the cast of Raiding the Rock Vault; some meals, and more.
