What Really Counts: Results

The travel industry is better than most when it comes to wanting to pursue an entrepreneurial dream. Why do I say this? For the simple reason that you do not have to buy anything.

You have equal access to virtually every product, place, and mode of transportation that everybody else has…and you don’t have to build any products or warehouse any inventory. When it comes to building a business that is what is known as “a beautiful thing.”

Accountable people achieve results others only dream of.

The extent of your success lies entirely in your hands. You can become as successful as you want to be. You can become as busy as you please and price your services at any profit level you choose. All you need to do is to pay the price in both time and effort, and come to the realization that you are “accountable” for your decisions and your actions.

I believe the reason that you are not more successful is because you are scared of failing. You are probably playing to the wrong audience and taking every little disappointment personally. You limit your “stretch” factor in favor of maintaining a safe posture. Taking the risks into consideration you elect to stay within the cozy confines of your current comfort zone. Exercising this mind-set will minimize your potential as well as your bank account.

As soon as you decide that you alone are in control of your future, and it is up to you to become accountable to yourself, your family, and your business…only then will start to show positive gains.

Let your competition continue to wish, hope, pray, dream, blame, whine, and do whatever else they do to avoid becoming accountable. As for you, it is time to start keeping your own score. And the time to start is right now.
