Regularly Contact The People Who Are Meaningful To You and Your Business

Customer Service Wisdom #2:

Contact the people who are meaningful to you and your business regularly.

When you are out of sight you are out of mind. At this very moment, you are out of sight.

What are you planning to do about it? Visibility is your responsibility. A mistake many people make is to think that if I keep popping up in your life, I will be annoying you. This is true, if in fact you are annoying me. The solution to this conundrum is simple: Don’t annoy me. Bring something of value to each and every meeting.

When you do appear, more often than not come with a “gift” in hand. Examples of this may include information, open signs of appreciation, and words of encouragement.
