Lifetime Value

A mistake that many sales professionals make is that they are shortsighted when it comes to evaluating the potential future of both prospects and customers.

With the blame pointing toward a tight economy, too many salespeople try to rush the sale to fatten their wallets… prematurely, I might add. I guess the familiar term here is “Instant Gratification.”

Are We Having Fun Yet?

It is my personal opinion that, “it doesn’t suck being me.” I feel this way because I have come to learn and appreciate that my numerous failures were just temporary setbacks. In fact, and in truth, they all played pivotal roles in my development over the years. We shared those results last week, and one of the comments from the results post stuck out to me: “Survey is far too optimistic. The problems are much greater than many realise.” Well, were they? Let’s look at what some of you all, and a panel from last week’s webinar, had to say about the return to cruising. Read the rest of this entry »

Although the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the cancellation of the annual Royal Horticultural Society’s spring and early summer flower shows, the one they stage at Hampton Court Palace has now been scheduled to take place between 10th-15th September. It replaces the RHS Wisley Flower Show. Offer it to garden-loving clients who have missed the Chelsea Flower Show, and let’s add two more floral spectaculars that are taking place at the same time at fairy-tale Leeds Castle and magnificent Salisbury Cathedral.

Then, brighten your day and fire your imagination with some sensational colour-filled videos of English gardens AS THEY LOOK NOW and will be again in April 2021.
