Steps to a grassroots campaign against Card Mills - Your participation is important!

  1. Watch the Webinar on Card Mills - A Community Approach.
  2. Forward the Webinar to other agents. Let other agents know about the Webinar and this grassroots movement.
  3. Mention this Webinar on the Forums and Communities of the organizations to which you belong.
  4. Send this Press Release to your local media outlets. Feel free to edit it as necessary.
  5. Request that the travel organizations to which you belong issue a public statement outlining their stance on Card Mills.
  6. Some of our industry organizations are providing shelter to Card Mills. Google "savings on your own travel". Look at the companies returned. If they are Card Mills, look for the logo of any industry organization to which you belong. Send them this Association Letter to request an explanation.

  8. Let other media and industry organizations know of your dissapproval of any support of a card mill or any organization that is under scrutiny by state authorities for illegal schemes.
  9. Use this website to inform your clients of the dangers of Card Mills: www.cardmills.com.
  10. Press the industry leadership to take up the issue of Self Regulation for the travel professional industry. The discussion is important.
